About Amanda Clark and Elevation Fitness

As a 2006 graduate with a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Culver-Stockton College, I knew back then that my purpose in life is to help others. In 2008, I became an NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach.

I have lived the fitness journey of losing weight, gaining weight, and constantly struggling with the scale. I've experienced low calorie, restrictive diets and way too much cardio. As a mom of two boys in my 40's, I've also experienced all the fun hormonal stuff that goes on. In my 2 decades of training, I've learned how impactful proper strength training and quality nutrition can be on a person's journey. It's not about the calories burned on your apple watch or the lowest carb intake you can possibly get to.

I've created a space where people can come to overcome the struggles with the scale and really focus on what matters most- energy, health, strength, confidence and longevity. At Elevation, we debunk the myths of 30 day weight loss challenges, detoxes, and restrictive diets. Instead, we invest in the quality of health with proper strength training and fueling our bodies. We elevate our bodies, not bring them down!
